Do you know what ports the PS3 uses for internet connectivity?

They are probably closed on the DCU network unless it uses port80 or something generic.

As Winters said, this is going to be a ports problem. What you need to do is drop CSD a mail and ask them to open the ports for your PS3 to work online. The required ports are...

    Sony First Party Games
    • TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5223, and 10070 - 10080
    • UDP Ports: 3478, 3479, 3658, and 10070

    Playstation Network
    • TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5223
    • UDP Ports: 3478, 3479, 3658

They must all be opened in both directions.

Third party games may need different ports but you'll need to look up what ones they use on a case by case basis if they don't work automatically.

    Hope that works!
