I have become very panicky recently and getting worried as its cause me to stop getting on with my life, like sudden bouts of panic attacks on the train, like I have to run to the loo, when I'm clubbing, Its starting to take over my life now and I'm worrying and its making it all worse. Has anyone else suffered this today.......

i think this is fairly common (and in a lot of cases its nothing more than a rush of adrenalin through your body) you might benefit from a year abroad or new job but first as the previous poster says have a chat with your doctor

are you missing out on sleep or partying hard?
I started getting panic / anxiety attacks about 3 years ago, and mostly i get them after a hard weekend, or while on holidays, you should probably take a look at your lifestyle, my friend gets them all the time now, especially when she is tired. We both get them when we are pre-menstral. Loads of different things bring them on, but to be honest, when i first started getting them I didnt know anyone else who had them and when I started talkin about them I realised nearly everyone I know gets them at some stage. You should try not to think about them too much cause it just brings them on. I hope you sort it out because I know how scary it is :)
