Problems with satellite signal

Got a lidl dish last year and have twin lnb .in one room have the lidl receiever and the other a fta sky box.the lidl receiver is fine getting all channels but every now and then certain channels dont work on sky box.it is usually all the bbcs and sometime some itv and film four stop working saying theres is no satellite…

Try swapping the boxes around and see if the problem persists.
