    From the CPC Catalogue: http://cpcireland.farnell.com/jsp/level5/module.jsp?moduleId=cpc/344388.xml

Views on this dish? About to purchase a ground floor apt whose front faces south east. Thinking of a discrete installation for services from 28.2/28.5E. Would be subject to planning permission too i suppose as the dish would have to go on the front of the apt.

Will the Management Company allow you to erect a dish?

Can't answer that at the moment as I have not seen contracts yet.

As the issue is permission, both from the LA and management company it is unlikely to make any difference having a less obvious dish.

In the event that you do get refused there are other products that completely hide dishes, if you have a balcony it would be no problem to install one with none of the finger-waggers ever knowing.

The website below has two although they are quite pricey, a dish in a box and a working outdoor globe lamp with a dish inside.

You could also go DIY, Install a dish on the balcony and cover it with a plastic box, most plastics will allow the signals pass through.
