    Hi everyone,

    Basically all I need is a bit of help. What im looking to do is buy a place in Dublin south. I want a deteriated building with a view to doing it up. I know theres a phrase or a nickname on this but could someone tell me what it is? any ideas where to look

    refurbishment usually means serious work. be sure you're saving money by doing this - often the cost of having the work done is more than the discount on the price.
