Wifi Booster Antenna?

While an external antenna will in theory improve your coverage I seriously doubt that a €2 euro antenna off ebay will do the job.
If you are seriously thinking about buying an antenna I can strongly recommend having a look here: http://shop.interline.pl/
Also, please read up on antenna placement and radiation patterns. An omni directional antenna is not always the best option....

Thanks for that. How much is the shipping from that place? Also, it doesn't say that that take credit cards (only Bank Transfers & COD) Any ideas?

    Cheers,

    DC.

you could upgrade it to DD-WRT firmware and then up the power level from 84db to 250db

I have a Linksys WRT54GP2, does the firmware update exist for this model?

I love this "boy racer" attitude to wireless.
Higher TX levels do not always lead to better RX (receive). Aside from the fact that you will be breaking the law you will also create a huge amount of interference in your own and neighbouring networks.
Besides who says that the radio in his AP can transmit at 250db?
