Not sure about portobello specifically, but it is available in D8 in general.

yes, its available. But I'm getting rid of it in the next couple of weeks. For the last 5 months it has had quality problems at least every month, with the service being unavailable for a couple of days, especially around weekends. And the support isnt good, and (their) suggested rental part-refunds never materialised.
