At 1GB I think it may already be maxed out.
Also what is the processor? I'm not really familiar with the mac processors.
PPC G4 1.25Ghz. You won't be able to run Windows on it like you can with the newer Intel Macs.

A lovely little machine but perhaps a little under powered for video and audio editing - it only has a 1.25GHz Motorola G4 processor. Current Macs use Intel Core2Duo processors with 2GB + of RAM capability.

1GB is the max the G4 can take so you're stuck at that - also the hard drive is small by todays standards.

There should be some Core Solos or Core Duos around for sale - a better option imo.

That mini doesn't have bluetooth or wifi either so its a poor buy, i can't believe the bidding is that high and there's still four hours left, are people mad or what.
It will struggle running Leopard and I'll bet he isn't including the install discs.

Looks like a classic case of eBay over-excitement causing over-bidding.

A good Mac for basics like surfing, email, etc, but not worth £225/€300 without keyboard, mouse, or monitor...
