    Its a great spot for a meet, a stones throw off the South Ring yet quiet. Is'nt there a pub there or did I imagine that? (its been while since I was on that road).

    Ya, it's in the car park of the Viaduct bar.

    It's less than a kilometre from the South Link Rd. All you do is follow the Link Rd, at the Bandon Roundabout, take the road to Bandon, Go around the first bend and you'll see the Viaduct (Large railway bridge). The road goes under the bridge and when you pass the bridge, hit the brakes, as the pub is just there.

    The pub also has good munchies.

    quick correction...its just off the south RING road...the south link is elsewhere.....N71 Bandon Road isnt it Ian

    Caught again! Ya you're right.

    Now you see why I don't navigate......

    Anyway, Sat-Nav stuck to the window of an Escort doesn't look right....
