Blood tests in Dublin?

    Anybody know which hospitals/clinics do blood screenings? Myself and my girlfriend were having a bit of fun recently and noticed some blood around our genital region during the act. We don't know which one of us it came from (it's not period blood, she has a bar) so we figured for safety's sake we should get blood screenings to make sure neither of has anything that could have been transmitted. Neither of us is promiscious, this is moreso a worry about heriditary blood problems that could be passed on this way.

    Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, cheers folks

    As I'm up I'll answer. Going to your GP is probably the first step you should take. Hope it's nothing serious.

    Agree with the above.

    It's not just a case of walking into a hospital and saying "I think I might have condition X" and asking for the appropriate blood tests.

    We can't give out medical advice on this forum though, It's not safe for you or us.

    You should see a doctor.

    Hope you get it sorted out though.
