    Heya,

I am looking into potentially opening a frozen yogurt outlet in Dublin. If you guys could answer a few questions I would be most grateful:

    Would you purchase frozen yoghurt?

    Have you tried it before?

Does the idea of a frozen yogurt parlour appeal to you? (simliar to ice cream parlour, can choose toppings etc.)

Would you prefer to take it away from a kiosk or sit in and eat?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

    Would appreciate any input,

    Thanks!

I love the US chain PinkBerry. I think with our climate though - you'd definately need a warm premises where people have the option of sitting in.

Have you been to a Pink Berry? You should look at their business model. Given that it's cold and raining here majority of the time - maybe you shouldn't limit yourself to frozen products.

    Best of luck with it.
