    evan almighty sufferes from the "jim carrey sequal" curse....if you do a sequal to a jim carey movie without jim carrey it will fail.....dumb and dumberer, son of the mask and evan almighty all fit into this category! the simpsons movie is an example where the writers trying to rest on their laurels and ride on the popularity of one of the all time great cartoons (not realising that the popularity has been waining since the tv show turned to sh!t)
