Hi.Topped up with 20 euro credit two days ago.Got confirmation that the phone a friend for free option was turned.I rang the fiend last night for approx 45 mins.It cost me 11 euro.Am i missing out on something?Like is it only free for half an hour?

you should get 59 mins before any charge is incurred. i assume that you've registered the number to call for free before you topped up. get on to the helpline to see where the problem is

Did you get the confirmation that the promotion was added to your account before or after you topped up by €20? If it was before there should be no problem. If it was after then you will need to top up by another €20 to activate it.

things to check:

1. Your top up went through

2. You're set up properly for pafff

3. That person is on the site as your pafff number

4. Your friend is on meteor
