chorus down in kidare

    my chorus digital has been down for about 2 days now. when i phoned up i was told there was no problem in kildare. is there anyone from kildare who is having the same problem. im thinking of just cancelling and going with sky

    Still on analogue with Chorus in Kildare and the service was virtually unwatchable last night with the picture disappearing on all channels every few minutes and today its even worse, appearing for a minute or two before disappearing for ages.

    It isn't the first time this has happened either, we seem to get a day or more like this every month ot two. Past experience with Chorus customer service was terrible, they didn't ring the doorbell, called to the wrong house and we ended up without service for over a week :mad:

    There IS a problem in Kildare, but not for much longer as far as I'm concerned, as we won't be renewing with Chorus when our subscription ends. Will look into Sky or FTA satellite instead

    Where in Kildare ?? I am on Chorus in Maynooth and wish to avail of digital for a better picture, but unfortunately contrary to this http://www.broadbandtvnews.com/?p=3251 they are not available in my area according to their staff.

    Anyone shed any light ?

    My picture is constantly freezing and is 'jaggedy'
