I just can't wait to feel it in my hands before going on internet to buy it.

    Here is video.

Drawbacks - standard ISO min. 200 and low fps value.
But I am willing to live with that ;-)

Samsung twin will be for 700 Sterling.

Saw this yesterday. Flip it - and i was about to order the k10d - oh save me from procrastination. Reading up, same body as the the K10d. Well heck it can be hard to improve on the lil beast. Minor styling / feature improvements. K20D seems to be evolution rather than revolution - Oh flip it (again) but i would soooooooo love one...... Probably march/april before it hits the streets. Oh flip it (yet again) I think I'll order the K10D and hope circumstance will be good to me later in the year.

It says: Sensitivity to ISO 100 - 6400.

It also says: Image Succession in burst mode with 20 images per second.

if interested the k10D can be had if prepared to do the eBay Hong Kong thing for about €480 plus postage in kit form. if lens is not a worry you'll get it cheaper again (about €430).

Has pricing broke on the k20d?

Hey Thonda I saw an old pentax film camera in Camera Exchange yesterday with a 50 1.7 for 100 quid. I know a bit steep for an extra few stops and fully manual but I was tempted. All metal - like our 2.0s. Such lovely glass...

You gonna be at any of the meets coming up? I wouldn't mind a go of it when you get it. Could bring in my lenses? Some of them even have AF!! :D

Hallo from Cashel. I won't be at Dublin Castle today.

1.7 is very good. I could be tempted, however I have already started saving money for K20D.

I'd like to go to some boardies' outing, however I just can't plan anything now. We'll see.

On a slightly related topic, is there a reliable source of lenses for the K10D (or its Samsung cousin) in Dublin or on the net.

Most searches I've done throw up online stores that list it, but never have any stock. Twice I've ordered from different sites (one was FNAC.com in France and one other), with the order being cancelled each time.

I'm looking for lenses going up to 300 or 500 for sports and wildlife photography.

    I wish I had a Canon!

1300 Euro to go for it. Just to wait a little for basic tests and comparisons.
