I want to soundproof my room-noisy neighbour

    I have a timberframed semi-d house,I am woken most nights by noise from my neighbours whose room is attached to mine. any ideas
    I only want to soundproof my bedroom:mad:

    Soundproofing is generally expensive. If the problem is caused by the construction of the house then soundproofing probably won't help.
    There's some info here
    Possibly some sort of white noise generator might take the edge off the noises?
