Downloaded this today off the wii shop , and i made sure it supported the gamecube controller, But when i go to play it it says "you will need the classic controller , please plug it into the wii remote".....WTF?????
Do i need to enable the ports for the game cub controllers or what?

Are you sure it's in the right controller port. Also some third party controllers won't work with the wii like the game brand ones.

On another note Street Fighter 2 is nigh on unplayable with the normal GC controller.

Can you not continue from that message?

It tells me i need the same for Super Castlevania IV and Super mario world- but when I just click through with the cube controller it works fine.

That said SMW was unplayable with the GC controller so i bought a classic in the end.

Streetfighter 2 on the GC pad is as close to hell as you can get. Dreadful.

Is anyone plaing this on a big TV? How does it scale up?
