I presume this will be moved but in the interim, what type? Do you mean ovulation type predictors or tests to find out if there are possible male or female infertility factors present. Boots have one that I think looks at both male and female aspects, having run the full gamut of tests with everyone at this stage (double failed IVF) I can tell you that the most economic and accurate tests are carried out by your GP.
I haven't tried the Boots Fertell tests, but we considered them initially, as we didn't want to talk to the gp about the issue just then.
I think the boots variety measure sperm motility and count and the tests are FSH tests.
I ordered tests from medical centre ireland which I found from someone mentioned in the STI sticky at the top of the PI section in boards, they are essentially the same as the boots tests, but at a fraction of the price.
I took the spem tests and they indicated that there were no male factor issues, as did all tests I have done since, hence they may be reasonably accurate. The female tests from all home testing aren't of much use really, they simply give an idea that ovulation may be happening and a possible indication of remaining ovarian reserve.
Basically I'd recommend these tests if you've started trying recently or prior to starting, but if this is a longer term issue, there is no point in procrastinating any longer, go to the GP, they run a range of tests male and female, they're simple and cheap and they'll be able to talk you through the results. Believe me it's the best option.
Sorry, if I completely misintepreted your question, if you want any more advice feel free to ask or check out www.rollercoaster.ie and check the ttc discussion.
    Goodluck.
