Need a 32 inch LCD that swivels 180 to show clients behind the monitor the screen. Not a gaming LCD so fast refresh not critical 1366 x 768 resolution is fine Budget is not great :( this would be ideal if it swiveled!

what about a swivel base like this

or you could use an old turntable.
