Hi Guys. I'm new to the Dublin south area. I need to find a new GAA team. Any suggestions. To teams availability.

Obviously looking for a team with the possibility of game time.

Try Portabello. Fairly decent, although the one day I turned up to train with them it was lashing rain and only two of us had bothered so I said to hell with this.

Its huge and there is so many GAA clubs also. There is Kilmacud Crokes, Good Counsel (Drimnagh), Crumlin, Liffey Gaels (Ballyfermot), Round Towers (Clondalkin), Faugh's (Templeogueish), St. Jude's (again Templeogueish), Thomas Davis (Tallaght) and so many more.

I suppose there are only 3 proper big clubs in South Dublin though?
Crokes, Boden and Thomas Davis. Would I be right?

Probably Olafs for you then....or Kilmacud Crokes if you want to walk that little bit further.....or St johns if you fancy an even further walk from Dundrum up to marley park in Ballinteer.

Crokes have a great setup and plenty of teams at different levels.
