Anyone seen any good value besides Pixmania, Play and Komplett on:

Projector: HD projector Mitsubshi or Optoma

    Amp: preferably Onkyo TX-SR705EB

    Speakers: Kef 2005.2

Blu Ray Player: Samsung BD P-1400

    Thanks

The optoma HD65 is £450 on pcworld.co.uk (and available in some N.Ireland stores) and £416 on dixons.co.uk (and JAN5 i think gets you £10 off this month, but its out of stock atm and you cant buy it). But neither will deliver to Ireland.

Komplett is a rip off tbh and so is pixmania

For info about the HD65, check http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=664736

For blu-ray player, PS3 is the best and cheapest option tbh and it doesnt look too bad.

well if you just look at those sites, then of course ones going to be cheaper than another, but there all a rip off compared to stores in Germany etc

The optoma hd65 which i mentioned above is 730euro on komplett, its about 545 euros on dixons.co.uk

Everything komplett sells cant be found cheaper elsewhere tbh, and its probably the same for pixmania.

    Hi,

So i'm plannig on buying the Optoma HD65. where should I look ? Komplett seems the only option but it's expensive and i'm not in a position to get to N Ireland or UK Dixons/PC World, and they dont deliver

    Any suggestions ?

Also whats a good sound system to go with the projector ? I really have no idea what to look for in this kind of thing so any suggestions are appreciated !

    Thanks

They dont seem to stock the Optoma HD 65 though.

Is there a PC World/Dixons/Currys in Enniskillen?

I'l be near there at the weekend, and could prob get to one, presuming they'l have the UK projector prices of course

Only place that has it in stock seems to be PC World in Londonderry, Newtonabbey or Bangor - all at least 50 miles away

I got the last one off Komplett, sorry.
