    I have room for one band on either Wednesday or Tuesday night weekly. If interested please PM.

    Big Warm Nice Sounding Room

    Kitchen

    PA

    Located Dame Street/Temple Bar area

    €85 per week or €320 per month

    I'm not sure what your point of reference is. Compared to a regular rehearsal studio (five hours in the evening on average €70) you can leave your gear here, the room is far more luxurious (c/w kitchen) and spacious and the location is very central. Add to that you can rehearse/record in there for 18 hours if you wanted to. You also don't have to be chasing a slot in other studio on the one night of the week your whole band is able to rehearse on.

    For an extra €10 a week on the likes of Blackpitts? Bad value? For a professional band it's quite good value actually.
