i had a smear test done about 8 months ago but it hurt really badly at the time so i havent gone again to get it done again.

should a smear test hurt - and i dont mean a little bit of discomfort i mean like sheer pain.

im worried at the moment as when ever i try to have intercourse it hurts.

anyone any advice on where to go to get help?

    thansk

Take a trip to your GP. Sex should not hurt on a regular basis, neither should a smear test.
