    Is it possible to receive money with Paypal using a 3V voucher?

    The type of credit card doesn't matter when receiving money as you can only withdraw money to a bank account (or maybe request a cheque).

    If I was sent €20 via Paypal, would that go onto the 3V voucher?

    So you have to register your bank details on Paypal to receive money. There is no other way?

    You don't have to register anything to receive money. You have to register a bank account if you want to take the money out as cash, otherwise it stays in your Paypal account, from where it could be sent to other people.
