Just read in the paper that the Irish channels will no longer be carried on SKY from March due to a dispute over bandwidth fees.

The deal in which Sky paid for a transponder on Astra 2D in up in March and RTE say they do not have the funds to pay this.

They say it is possable that TV3 may move to an ITV transponder but this is not known at this stage.

It may be taken off the sky guide but you could probably still search for it.

If true (I'd need a better source than a redtop), then I wonder if it would affect NI cards, which also have RTE.

I wouldn't be happy if it was taken off the EPG. I skyplus a few programmes on RTE.

Sky are really pissing me off lately. TCM being moved also annoyed me.
