Still active at the moment
This has been reported to the department of treasury head IT less than 2 hours ago.
This thing is brilliant in the sense it actually checks that your card number is correct and plus it asks you for your PIN number (Pretty useless) but I like the explanation why should we provide the pin number lol.

The website itself is legit, it has simply been hacked in an effort to hide evidences to where it is coming from as usual.

So guys, remember, get out covered :-)
