I want to get rid of a few annoying dashboard warning lights on my 01 Transit. Service lights ie oilcan and spanner, (I do my own service) also airbag light flickers on and off (The airbag was never deployed in my time). is there a quick way of getting rid of these annoying lights without having to rip the dash apart to remove bulbs? DOE is approaching and I dont want any of these showing.
    Cheers.

Airbag light will have to be turned off by a Ford main dealer (you have a problem in the airbag system!)
The service light is turned of by holding down the brake and clutch pedal and turning the key to position 2 - can't remember the exact procedure, someone else might be able to clarify.

Yep - Airbag light will need a diagnostic computer attached. If a component is faulty the diagnosis computer will not be able to cancel the light.

As for the service indicator (spanner) light - check here.
