V.h.i in comparison to Viva's?

Just quoted at 500Euro for a Viva's policy, which they say is as good as V.H.I. Plan B with options..it is substantialy cheaper and my income is low...so I'd like to pay as little as possible...Has anyone experience with Viva's? Is it as good as V.H.I.?. Any assistance welcome. Thanks Alan
