    right so ther is 15 of us lads heading to crete on the 4th july , staying in piskipiano in the mika villas's appartments , should be good crack . was in crete last year but stayed in gouves , going for 2 weeks , have 10 more friends comming over on the 5th july stayin in the same appartments.

    Crete is a great spot, the local bar in hersonnissos is a crazy spot, it does'nt close till 9 in the morning, mad spot.

    ye was in it once last year . we stayed between 2 bars last year that was players and temple bar , gonna try a few different places this year aswell

    yeah its a good spot, i like that spot more than players bar but theres a good few spots along the strip that are good spots. the best spot is probably new york new york cos theres loads of german and dutch birds. its hard to spot any irish in there.

    yeah its a good spot, i like that spot more than players bar but theres a good few spots along the strip that are good spots. the best spot is probably new york new york cos theres loads of german and dutch birds. its hard to spot any irish in there.


    Indeed New York bar is a nice bar and Jonny scored there before a few years back ;):D

    OK,
    i have been in crete for the last 3 years and have always stayed in piskopiano...It is a lovely area and quite safe too...

    Except Mika villas...
    Every year we hear about people who get robbed blind in that hotel money clothes jewellery everything...Its usually an inside job, some staff or something who kick in your door when your out partying and take everything...and i can tell you the police will do absolutely jack sh*t for ya out there (prob cuz they get tipped off)....

    Anyway im not trying to put ya off your holiday as i know plenty who stay there trouble free...
    Some advice is to just bring an atm card as it works easily out there and dont have too much cash at one time lying around...

    ive heard of a few ppl stayin in the mika villa's and they never had trouble might have just bein ther luck , i dont know ,ah hopefully we dont have any trouble
