    Heavy abrasive and sandpaper.

For my MacBook, I open it, flip it over so it's lying on the back of its screen Apple logo down, then breathe on the screen to mist it and use a glasses cloth. With the machine on its back you can apply some pressure to remove the greasy marks. For the body I use a very mild detergent on a soft cloth. I'm sure there's a recommended cleaning product which costs $$$

For the screen I use a cloth that I use to clean my camera lens, and if its very dirty I put some Screen Cleaner from Opti something or other that I bought from radtech (will look up later). For the body, I use another lens cloth with some lens cleaner, just cos i happen to have that handy all the time :)
