Ely wine bar, Ely place, Dublin 2.

Great menu, with lots of beef (from their own farm)

Fitzers on dawson street also have a nice consistent menu and always great service.

Fitzers is probably the cheaper of the two, though not by much, they'll both come in at around 60 each for 3 courses with wine.

Luigi Malone's in Temple Bar does a cracking fillet steak.

We've always found the food, service and prices to be excellent.

Trocadero would tick the boxes for what you're looking for.

Andrew Street, not far from Trinity.
