    Hi all-
Was just wondering if anyone know of any financial grant or help from social welfare towards a child getting Holy Communion?
    Thanks in advance>>>

You would need to apply for the hardship fund from the Community welfare Officer in your area. It is entirely discretionary, alternatively, if the family is facing severe hardship, perhaps Vincent de paul could help?

Might also be worth talking to the local Vincent De Paul conference

The church have plenty of money, ask them.

But seriously, if it's really an issue, talk to the priest about it.

There's no government grant towards it as such, and nor should there be.

As above, the SVDP would probably be the best bet to contact. The govt dosen't give a communion grant or anything like it.
