Looking for a digital camera - new baby

I'm looking for a best fit digital camera to take memorable photos of our newborn and need some advice/suggestions since there are so many cameras out there.

Budget approx 200 Euro
some requirements:

Fast shutter speed/quick to point and shoot and process,quick to turn on.
red eye removal
image stabiliser
nice solid look/feel. Not cheap housing
SD memory
Small/portable
Nice visable screen
good in low lighting

Any help would be much appreciated.

That looks brilliant (real bargin too), one thing I forgot to add though and purely due to finding rechargable AA or AAA batteries an issue. I would have liked it to have it's own lithium type thingy battery (if you know what I mean).

And saw this review and they mentioned:

"Despite this weight the camera body is made of plastic, and it's not the toughest or most rigid structure I've ever seen. Parts of the body flex and creak when squeezed, and although it does look nice in two-tone metallic grey and black, I have to say it feels a bit cheap. "

Any other suggestions?

ok, so I've done some of my own research and come up with one model that stands out.
Can anyone tell me whether this is a good camera:

Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-T70

Is 242 Euro a good price for it?
