Kickboxing in Sandyford area?

    Hi Guy's.
    I've had a good search on the internet and cant seem to find a kickboxing club in the Sandyford area.
    Often these things can only be found through recommendations.

    Found plenty of karate clubs, 3 within a 10 minute drive of where I live in fact. But it's not for me, too much kata for my liking. I like the stress relief of hitting pads!
    Anyone know of a kickboxing style club in the area?
    Don’t mind full or semi or what ever.

    Any info is greatly appreciated.

    Hey guy's that's great. Dont you have to be a member in total fitness before they'll let you in to do the classes?

    westwood is a bit far out i think.
    It's more or less in lepordstown.

    That's great thanks guys, i'd asked at total fitness if they had any kickboxing classes but they said they didn't must have been a dumb ass on the phone.
    I found this site with their timetable on it

    so i've mailed the manager of the gym and i'll ask them for more details or i'll phone again.
