JP Poker Weekly Deepstack Game

I plan on starting my weekly €150, 20k Deepstack game again soon.

I know this was a well liked game when i was running it. As my cost will be alot lower than running this game in the Red Cow it will be a €15 Reg instead or €25.

I was thinking about running this game on a Saturday instead of Sunday as i know alot of you are online Sunday night.

Just wanted you views on what day i should run this. If i am going to run it on a Sunday it will be a 4pm start, if Saturday either 4pm or 6pm.

    You decide!

Which day (time if Saturday) would you like to see the return of our weekly deepstack 39 votes

Went for the Saturday 4pm option. Gives you a chance to get a head start on opposition games which might draw in a crowd and it also gives people 3 or 4 hours to get knocked out and still make a game elsewhere in Dublin.

Plus the $150 buyin will keep a lot of people happy as its not beyond most peoples reach. gl with this

sat at 2pm i;d have thought would be better?!!? doesnt it usually end in the early hours of the night, so why not earlier.

voted for 4pm but 2pm would be better. either way my attendence would be football dependent.

    4pm Saturday sounds good.
Enough time to shake the cobwebs of Friday night and early enough to complete it in one sitting.
Also, as Tony said, if you get knocked out early there is still another game on later.

Ya thought about 2pm, but most big footie games on Saturday start at 1pm. So trying to avoid.

It's impossible to get a hotel on a saturday as it's their big wedding day.

Also the cost of running a game outside of the club would be as much as double so the reg fee would be back up to €25 instead of €15

Saturday at 4 sounds good JP. I enjoyed the games in the Red Cow but as you say the costs of hiring a room in a hotel will impact the reg fee.

Do you have parking in Winners and are refreshments available?

There'll be plenty of parking once you get in before the bingo girls. I think they start at 6pm. There will also be refreshments.

I'll probably start this the Saturday after Big Slicks Team Event.
