    Friend bought one of these in Aldi and is disappointed with picture quality (as compared with older 20" CRT). She's connected to NTL analogue.

    One thing I noticed that the 'blacks' aren't good and some of the NTL channels seem to be 'hot' in that the video is "over exposed". Any suggestions of adjustments to get a better picture?

    Its junk. Take it back and get a refund.
    The best 26" currently on the market is the Panasonic TX-26LX70L. But you will pay a lot more for this beauty!
