Connect Creative 5100 5.1 to LCD TV

    Hi,

    I dont have a great idea of audio equipment and its connections, so all help would be great.

    I have PC creative 5100 5.1 speakers in which the 5 speakers connecting back to the subwoofer. Out of the subwoofer there is a cable with three audio jack type heads black,green,yellow which after labeled center,left,right. Can i connect this to a TV?????????

    I have a new LCD tv which appears to have a 2-3 audio out ports.

    I have researched this on many sites, but with no luck on a definite answer.
