Installing PCLinuxOS using Parallels for Mac

I burned the latest ISO for PCLinuxOS to a disc and cranked up my Parallels for Mac app. I created a new virtual HD and went through the new OS Installation instructions. However, all I get is the attached screenshot when the virtual session starts. Any suggestions?

Thanks. Had the opportunity to get a version 3 of Parallels and the same problem did not appear.
