    Looking for a place in Dublin that makes custom made stickers. Roughly 3" by 3" in size.

    You can get sticker makers in art& craft shops if you want to do them yourself. Mrs D bougt one in Tescos recently, a bit smaller than what you want but they do make bigger versions (Xyron Create A Sticker, Model 150, click for link) (http://www.xyron.com/enUS/Categories/Create-A-Sticker.html). I suppose it depends on how many you need and if you want to do them yourself.
    You'd probably get kits in a toy shop like smiths too.
