    have a game plan and picks the guys to implement it
    have a plan b
    pick the best guys and build a plan around them
    pick 15 guys and hope its alright on the day

    What ever way he makes his decision on the 15, they are the ones to implement it, the bench is for injury only in his opinion.

    Makes no difference IMHO, until we sort out the mess Leinster are in, Ireland won't fire on all cylinders.

    It will be interesting to see if EOS has analysed his own RWC performance to the same extent that the players have been. It would seem that the way forward is to play a match with 22 players rather than 15 for a start... as to the rest of it, we can only guess.

    Reddan vs Stringer will be another one to watch.
