NTL Dunboyne, no Teletext!!!!

    Since about last week I've lost my NTL Teletext service on all channels except RTE's and TV3 (NTL basic cable service)
    Is this just the Dunboyne area or has NTL got problems in general ?

    PS, it' strange how the first place I go with a problem is this forum and not NTL, says a lot about NTL customer service.

    Well after a 20 min wait in the calling que....... the operator decided that the best thing to do is send out a man to take a look.
    I responded that it's not a one off issue, my neighbour has the same problem, but that failed to register, there is still a man comming out.
    Is there any hope for them at all I wonder!!!

    It's obviously a network issue.
