Hi folks,my little lad has got to a stage on mario galaxy thats far too hard for him and he doesnt seem interested in continuing with it.
Hes only as far as collecting 5 stars but it is a difficult game for him.
Any games i should consider for him?
The wife is talking about mario party.
    Anything else i could consider?

Rampage: Total Destruction is quite good for 5 year olds
The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy is also a good one.

If they are slightly older (6-8), i'd recommend Rayman Raving Rabbids 2.

My friends kids play these three games a lot and their ages are.... 4, 6, and 7.. The 4 year old gets the best scores.

Also Wii Sports is pretty good.... Boxing game they love. Bowling too. The rest aren't as easy to play.

EDIT: Youtube any of these games and you'll see some clips... that should help you make up your mind.

hmm.. Ice Age 2 was pretty good, but only if he's well able to manage the controls.

When he's a little older and gets quite good at "control", then I'd really recommend WarioWare: Smooth Moves and Cooking Mama.... He could manage it now, but only if he has quite good control with the controllers. (some 5 years olds have, some don't).
