NTL frequencies

Does anyone know where you can get the frequencies for the NTL analogue service? I need the frequencies to set up MythTv. I found an old link here but it's dead.

Thanks for those, but they are way off what I have.
When I tune according to them I get completely different channels, e.g BBC1:yours-216, mine's around 590. 216 gives me RTE1.
Where abouts are you in the country? Dublin maybe, I'm in Galway. Are the frequencies that different nationwide?

its not an easy route, but these are the freqs / reg values you will need

they are the ntl frequencies, are you sure your tuner is set to pal I?

I have set the tuner to PAL-I, but MythTv looks up a table when you do a channel scan. This is the reason I
need the frequencies, for Ireland the channels have to be configured manually . The new frequencies you have
given me seem to be much closer to what I need, thank you for that.
