Hi folks, I'm looking for a cheap but decent enough laptop with a high definition screen. Does anyone know where I could get a decently priced one? I'm looking to spend about 600 but would I get a high def laptop for that.

What do you mean by High Def? At least 1920*1200?

Anyway, short answer no.... You could get a 17" Dell Vostro with a 1920*1200 panel for around a grand maybe

Dell panels aren't as crisp as you would like at very hi res
