    Hi,
Not sure if this is right forum, if its wrong, sorry!

looking for holiday recomendations for this summer. We're nearly 30 and the "baby" will be around 2 years old then.
Definitely would enjoy somewhere warm, fun, lots of things to do and certainly a very safe location after that whole madeline mccan thing.
Anyone in similar circumstances had a great time somewhere and care to share their views?
Checking some travel agents today, but certainly not buying anything today.
    Thanks

I'd suggest the dominican republic, all inclusive package. It may sound expensive, but when you get there you wont put your hand in your pocket. The place we stayed in had an amazing kids club they looked after the kids day to night if you wanted, entertainment each night, couldnt have asked for more.

Majorca? Not a very long flight, about 2.5 hours and most of the hotels and apartment complexes run Kids clubs. I was there on holidays last summer and while I have no children yet, I noticed a lot of couples in their 30's who had very young children over there. I travelled there last July and stayed in Cala Bona which is on the opposite side of the island than all the lively resorts full of young drunken teenagers!

    Salou?

    short flight - 2.5hrs
Really nice beaches, safe and clean (from what i remember)
The Portaventura Theme park and Caribe water park - the main attractions of the resort - good fun for all the family even mammy and daddy.
Make sure you get nice accom - like the Cye Holiday Centre or Regina Gran hotel or even the theme park hotels. I stayed in the Caribe Resort, it was fab esp for kids - bit on the pricey side though, but worth it.
Plenty of places to eat and drink, and family friendly!

Salou is very busy in mid summer! We went to a 5 star campsite "La Torre Del Sol " 30 mins outside Salou ( car recommended ) - keycamp last year and had a ball. Google it for a look!
