Online timer for the Mac?

I'm still on dial-up and am looking for an application to monitor my time online for my new Macbook. Ideally I need something like No Frills Timer that I can reset every month.

So far all I've found is the TimeTracker extension for Firefox, but that pauses if I switch to another window.

    Any ideas?

give him something like €100,000 to upgrade his exchange or whatever it costs to upgrade an exchange.

not everyone is connected to a upgraded exchange or has access to a broadband connection.

Don't know if it helps, but the iChrono widget let's you use a stopwatch from your Dashboard.

That's all i got apart from iStat Pro having a counter for how long your MacBook has been turned on.

Um, it was a gift and I'm in rural Mayo and don't have access to broadband. :(

Thanks, Rhyme, I'll check out the iChrono widget.

eircom have wireless in belmullet - peninsula beside the atlantic

and if not - theres wirless broadband that doesnt need the exchange - smartass

i bet there is at least one provider of bb in ''rural'' mayo

    ________
get the widget - hold the widget and ''f11'' it and you can keep it on the desktop and off the widget screen

i'm well aware of all types of broadband, i wasn't trying to be a smart ass, just trying to explain to you that as a 56k user i'm sure he's aware of his options in the broadband market, and that you and me haven't help with the original topic.

    You need PPP Genie:

Used to use it when I was on dial-up.

Might even have a reg code if you want.

    Cheers,
    Peter

Conor, to be fair the OP could probably do without the smart comments, and if you have info to share, which you do, Im sure it would be more favourably received without the use of terms like "smartass".

smartass was in reference to cremo
who showed his infinite knowledge of both broadband and mayo and the two combined

also , i also pointed out the way to get the widget the other poster said to the desktop should he still need a timer for his expensive laptop (which isnt getting all it can get on dialup)

and cremo - i added something useful in my comment

Conor, you aren't helping at all.
sunbeam, there are a couple of free manual timers out there, that's about as close as you're going to come I'm afraid.
