Hi Folks, don't have rights to post in soccer forum so thought i'd try here.

I'm pretty sure i was at either a shelbourne or bohemians league of ireland match say 5-10 years ago and one of the players on the shels / bohs / opposition team only had one hand.

Does anyone know who I'm talking about? Or am I mad?

Note: i don't know the answer or if the guy even existed but i'm nearly certain he did (does)...

I remember that lad, There was a time when i was watching a match in Dalymount and he got a freekick awarded against him for handball, At the same time everybody on the stand shouted ''But he has no hand!!''

On a slightly similar theme, who can name the deaf player in the eL in the past few years? Think he might still be knocking about.

Fact indeed. I didn't even know he had played for Kilkenny, just know he played for Waterford United at one stage early on in his career. Saw a documentary on him.
