Missed flight connections - Insurance covering

Anyone got any experience with insurance companies covering missed flight connections ?
I didn't think any travel insurance company would cover it, but then
found www.quoteme.ie, which claim to cover it.
I intend to travel for a few months using entirely budget airlines
and one particular connection is kinda tight (2hrs).
The inbound is with the unreliable easyjet,
and the outbound is to Hong Kong, so if I miss it,
    it could be costly.

I'm not aware of any other travewl insurance company covering this,
and am surprised as the risk is quite high for them..
I normally go with worldnomads, but this time might change :)

I haven't used them before, but you should take into account that, if they do cover missed connections, the delay between the time you miss the flight, you fill in the relevant claim forms and all the other details, they process them and then you (hopefully) get compensation. I can't see this taking any less then a few weeks. If you can afford to but a new flight on the same day to Hong Kong and expect to get refunded for the connection, then it works out fine. But more than likely you'll either have to wait weeks/months for a payment, or not be paid at all.

Can you not book an earlier flight on EazyJet (or some other airline), or a later flight to Hong Kong? Also, is EazyJet a point-to-point airline - i.e. will you be able to check your baggage through to Hong Kong? If not, then 2 hours doesn't seem like enough time to disembark the plane, collect baggage, go through passport control/security, recheck your baggage and make it to the gate.
