    am i am looking to order from these but i just want to know if they'll downgrade the airsofts.
    i was in contact with gunnerairsoft and they do but its just i've heard alot of good talk about wgc so i want to try them.

    I haven't asked them in the past but all of my dealings with them have been top notch. They're very obliging, I'd be suprised if they didn't do it for you.

    just noticed there that they have an upgrading service so ill presume they have a downgrading one too

    Upgrading generaly means they'll downgrade it aswell :D

    I can confirm they do downgrade, all you have to do is put an order, in get the quote, then email them back explaining you would like the item in the order downgraded and to what level, they then send a redone quotation email back, it cost me 34 usd to get a wgc cust m16 downgraded to 1j.

    Just make sure you get the payment right. We sent the wrong amount by accident, they notified us, we sent the remaining money but even after like 20 emails they couldn't get it into their heads to add the two together. 4 month delay in shipping.

    TBH they should get english lessons.

    Also, I was on to 3 different guys so they kinda mixed themselves up. If you have an issue, ask for Leo Tam(I think thats it), he'll sort you out.
