Avril is 60 years old and loved her job in Catering which was working in her own section. That’s changed now and she works with a few others. That change on its own was a worry and she was down about this prospect. Now Im hearing stories of disrespect and a little bit of bullying I think. It may get a lot worse and Im worried. Avril - salt of the earth, very kind and passive never fights with anyone.

The two bitchs are in their 30s are being disrespectful and pushy. They are foreign people (Avril is foreign but not their nationality, Im not playing a race card here) but they frequently speak their own language even though they have a very good command of English. They have been doing this for years.

    Ive told her to say
"mind you manners" if they are very rude.
Just thinking .... "you are being very pushy" could be another.

    > I need to tell her a few more one liners as well if any one can post some.

Im thinking of an assertiveness course but I dont know if she will go for that.
Perhaps an assertiveness book or maybe I can find something on line.

Avril is a great woman and her spirits are being worn down at the moment.

    Any help appreciated.
